ITIL® is the most widely used framework for IT service management. Currently in its third version, it describes the best methods to bring the IT services in line with the business requirements.
ITIL® Service Lifecycle category of the ITIL® Intermediate level comprises of Continual Service Improvement (CSI) module as one of its qualifications. This module acquaints the individuals with the principles and techniques of continual service improvement stage without throwing light on the details of specific processes.
